When i get asked to design or build an illusion, i try and take as many photos as possible. Here are some illusions that i have made over the years. Some illusions were picked up before i had chance to take a photo, which is a shame.
I am more than happy to make illusion/ prop etc you need. BUT, if i have not come up with the idea, i will need to see that you have the inventors permision first. If you have brought a book/ plans etc, thats ok. if you supply me plans you have drawn, i will be happy to make them. ALSO, NOT ALL THE ILLUSION HERE HAVE BEEN MADE BY ME OR ANY ONE I PERSONALY KNOW. If you are after GOOD illusion plans, books, i recomend and books by the brillaint JIM STEINMEYER and plans by PAUL OSBORNE. both are great USA illusions designers.
For the illusion show " REV- ILLUSION" scott pepper asked me to build the effects. From the smaller effects like drawing glass pad to full size sets, this took around 3 months to build. making a girl vanish in air to appearance on motor bike.
Oliver taber asked me to work on some smaller ideas for his dove act. So, working with his idea on the sign effect etc, i came up with some amazing ideas.
An almost finshed " shadow theatre illusion" which will be in the show.
